A final element to our kicking guide is Pressure and we have sessions for you to test your pressure, using everything we have taken you through.
In each section of our guide you will find an explanation as to how these tools help you to kick it when it counts. We want to encourage habits that help you to perform when you need it the most.
There a multiple session for you to get involved with. Each with a score card which we’d love for you to tell us about on our social media and for us to see how you got on.
