Using our world class evidence-based approach and applied using the School of Kicking framework, our coaching offers a sniper like approach to providing you the support you need, regardless of your stage of progression.
In your initial session you will:-
- Receive feedback and assessment of current movement patterns
- Work to achieve your next steps in increasing power, increasing accuracy and reducing injury in punting, goal kicking, drop goals or spiral kicking
- Tackle any specific problems you have. The session can be structured or more free flowing based on what you want to get out of it
- If you’re looking to lay foundations or prepare ahead of a big game we invite you to do so with an expert coach by your side
