Stuart Alred played for Exeter University, Exeter Chiefs and Launceston RFC where he set a club record for most penalty goals in a season.

He is an RFU qualified coach who has worked with Premiership, University and grass roots players.
He developed kicking skills and gameplay for BUCS Super League winners Exeter University and has helped individual players become leading point scorers in the country.
He teaches and coaches at Blundell's School so is available out of term time.

Using our world class evidence-based approach and applied using the School of Kicking framework, our coaching offers a sniper like approach to providing you the support you need, regardless of your stage of progression.

In your initial session you will:-

  • Receive feedback and assessment of current movement patterns
  • Work to achieve your next steps in increasing power, increasing accuracy and reducing injury in punting, goal kicking, drop goals or spiral kicking
  • Tackle any specific problems you have. The session can be structured or more free flowing based on what you want to get out of it
  • If you’re looking to lay foundations or prepare ahead of a big game we invite you to do so with an expert coach by your side

Please note: Sessions will be 1 hour 30 mins and due to demand and time constraints, all sessions are held in the Midlands.
